How long should you stay in a job?

We learn by doing; building a wide range of skills and capabilities is accelerated when we do a lot of different things, and in different environments.  So, the more job roles the better, right?   Yes … but.  This episode explores the benefits of moving roles, learning news skills, increasing your experience base, and growing your network … without the negative effects of moving too fast and missing experiences, or gaining a reputation as someone that “can’t see it through”.
